The Folsom City Council declared July as Parks Make Life Better Month during its regular meeting Tuesday night. Mayor Mike Kozlowski presented the proclamation to Kelly Gonzalez, Director of Parks & Recreation, alongside representatives from the Folsom Parks & Recreation Department and the Folsom Surf Soccer Club, recognizing their contributions to local programs and services.
