The Friends of the Folsom Library are calling on residents to donate gently used books in support of their upcoming book sale, set to take place from September 6 to 8. The sale is an important fundraising event, helping to support various programs and services at the Folsom Public Library.
The organization is specifically requesting donations of fiction and children’s books, both paperback and hardcover. Residents are encouraged to drop off their contributions at the Friends’ bookstore, conveniently located near the main entrance of the library at 411 Stafford Street.
The bookstore is open for donations Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
As a volunteer-run organization, the Friends of the Folsom Library play a vital role in enhancing the library’s offerings. Your donations will directly support their efforts to continue providing valuable resources to the community.
For more information on how you can contribute, visit the Folsom Public Library or contact the Friends of the Folsom Library.
